Ahead of Burns Night later this week (Sat 25), a vegan haggis has been exported from Scotland to the United States.
Launching the meat-free haggis in the US market marks the first time Macsween of Edinburgh have exported across the Atlantic in almost fifty years.
An import ban on traditional haggis is still in place, however, the plant-based haggis has been positioned for the free-from vegan market.
