Fast food chain stores are not immune to the States strict food safety laws and if a business does the wrong thing a food inspector will issue fines, said Ms Hodgkinson.
Businesses face fines of up to $1,320 for hygiene related offences and listing on the Name and Shame register.
The Name and Shame register is a good deterrent for most businesses
