However, the realities of the cold chain infrastructure in the U.S. sometimes makes achieving ideal temperatures difficult. We in the refrigerated foods industry, starting with our ingredients supplier through processors, distributors and retailers, should work together to assure that we maintain these products at the appropriate temperatures.
