Ingredients
230g (1 1/2 cups) pure icing sugar, sifted
100g (1 cup) almond meal
75g (1/2 cup) plain flour
6 egg whites, lightly whisked
185g Nuttelex dairy-free margarine, melted
2 teaspoon finely grated lime rind
6 strawberries, thinly sliced
Lime syrup
215g (1 cup) caster sugar
160ml (2/3 cup) lime juice
80ml (1/3 cup) water

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C. Grease twelve 125ml (1/2 cup) capacity friand pans.
Step 2
Combine the icing sugar, almond meal and flour in a large bowl. Add
