Ingredients
150g (1 cup) self raising flour
1 tablespoon caster sugar
60g All-Bran Fibre Toppers
2 eggs, lightly beaten
250ml (1 cup) buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Canola oil spray, to grease pan
Light natural yoghurt, to serve
Poached winter fruit
250ml (1 cup) fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon caster sugar
1 cinnamon stick
200g mixed dried fruit (such as apricots, prunes, peaches)
