Ingredients
1 large onion, chopped
2 cups sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
1 (15.25 ounce) can cream-style white corn
1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 (8 ounce) packages white cornbread mix
2/3 cup buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish, and set aside to cool slightly.
2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onions, and saute until tender
