Coolangatta Splash. It's great with dukkah too. Use this splash as a finishing touch to cooked foods and let the warmth of the dish bring out the aromatics in the oil.
I use an oil blend in all my Splashes: macadamia nut oil, Australian grown olive oil and camellia leaf oil. This blend is really healthy and can stand a little heatwithoutsmoking and forming those nasty trans fats.
