Red Radish Color is natural and water soluble food color extracted from Raphanus sativusl LINNE of cruciferae with waterorhydrated ethyl alcohol at room temperature. Its major pigment component is Pelargonidin acylglucoside of anthocyanins. It can be easily dissolved in water and alcohol, but not in oils. The color of solution changes at different PH1~8. The color is orange-red
